Will the Initial Cleaning Take Longer Than the Ones That Follow?

Regular cleaning appointments are typically shorter, with biweekly or monthly services being the most popular choices.

How Long Do Regular Cleanings Take?

Are Pets at Home Ok?

How Does Booking Work?

Submit an estimate request through our website, and we’ll contact you within 24 hours to finalize details. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with our client guidelines to sign before the appointment.

What If I Want Something Done That’s Not on Your Checklist?

We’re flexible and accommodating. Let us know your specific request at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to fulfill it, provided we have the tools and time available.

What If I Just Want to Book a Few Hours of Cleaning?

We offer hourly services with a 3-hour minimum, giving you the flexibility to prioritize specific areas or tasks within your budget.

How Does Payment Work?

After the cleaning, we'll send an invoice via email, due upon receipt. Payment can be made via debit/credit card, check, or in-person at time of service (preferred). Please note that any unpaid invoices may will affect future services.

What If I Need to Cancel My Appointment?

We understand plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Call our office to reschedule.

What If Something Is Broken or Damaged During the Cleaning?

Do Your Housecleaners Accept Tips?
